In this article, the complex relationship between the biblical narrative of Noah's Ark and the geographic feature known as Mount Ararat is examined. Based on analyses of historical evidence, archaeological expeditions, and contemporary geophysical studies, the evolution of representations of the location of the final resting place of the biblical vessel is reconstructed. Particular attention is given to the Ararat Anomaly phenomenon, the Durupinar geostructure, and the decades-long debate between the scientific community and Bible enthusiasts.
